Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using archelier (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms incorporate Apple's standard end-user license agreement (EULA) for apps distributed via the App Store, in addition to the provisions below.

2. Description of Service

archelier is an AI-powered interior design service. You may upload photos of indoor or outdoor spaces and receive AI-generated redesigns, chat with an AI assistant about a design, share designs to a community feed, and follow other users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use archelier. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload and designs you generate. By uploading or sharing content, you grant archelier a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service. If you mark a design as listed (public), this license extends to displaying that design to other users in the community feed and on your public profile until you unlist or delete it.

5. Community Conduct and Objectionable Content

By using the Service, you agree not to upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, infringing on intellectual property, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. archelier has zero tolerance for objectionable user-generated content and abusive behavior.

• All AI generations pass automated safety filters; flagged content is removed from public surfaces.
• Any user may report a design via the design's "..." menu → Report.
• Any user may block another user via the user's profile → "..." menu → Block. Blocked users' content is hidden from the blocker.
• We review reports and act on credible reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending the offending account.

6. AI-Generated Content

Designs and chat responses are generated by AI for inspiration only. archelier makes no representation or warranty about the accuracy, feasibility, safety, or fitness of any AI output. You are solely responsible for evaluating designs before applying them to a real space.

7. Subscriptions (archelier Pro)

archelier offers an auto-renewing subscription, archelier Pro, which unlocks unlimited AI design generations, removes watermarks, and enables unlimited AI chat and region edits.

• Length and price. archelier Pro is billed monthly at US$9.99 (or local equivalent set by Apple). Web users may also subscribe via Stripe at the same monthly rate.
• Free trial. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. One free trial per Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Apple charges your payment method within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel any time. On iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. On web: Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds for unused periods.
• Refunds. Refunds are governed by the platform that processed your payment (Apple for iOS, Stripe for web).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) abuse rate limits, automate accounts, or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service to generate content that violates Section 5; (d) use the Service in any way that could harm minors; (e) circumvent safety filters or moderation systems. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time directly inside the app at Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your designs, profile, comments, follows, collections, credits, and subscription history, and signs you out immediately. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; some data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. If you cannot reach the in-app option for any reason, contact us through the Support page.

Subscription handling at termination: an active web (Stripe) subscription is canceled automatically as part of account deletion. An App Store subscription is governed by Apple and must be canceled separately by you in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; archelier cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf. Deleting your archelier account does not entitle you to any refund of unused subscription time; see Section 7 for refund policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, archelier and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
