Common questions

How do I delete my account or designs?
You can delete individual designs from My Designs at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us with the subject line "Account deletion".

How does my credit balance work?
Each AI design generation uses one credit. Free users get 2 credits as a guest, +3 on sign-in, and +1 daily login bonus (up to a cap of 10). Pro / Studio plans give unlimited daily generations.

I was charged but credits weren't added.
Email us with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it manually.
